No previous event experience is required for many volunteer roles—enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn are equally valued.

What to Expect

Selected volunteers will receive:

• A volunteer orientation and briefing.
• Role-specific training and assignment.
• An official volunteer schedule.
• Event accreditation and identification.
• Meals and refreshments during assigned shifts.
• Ongoing support from the Volunteer Coordination Team.

Volunteers are expected to act professionally, respect confidentiality where applicable, and provide a welcoming experience for all participants and guests.
