Planning Team members work alongside the Organizing Committee to help design and deliver different aspects of the Spicy Awards experience, including:
- Programme and session planning
- Spicy Circle Summit coordination
- Gala Dinner experience and guest journey
- Speaker and moderator engagement
- Partnership and stakeholder coordination
- Marketing and communications
- Digital engagement and content planning
- Exhibition and networking activities
- Volunteer coordination
- Protocol, hospitality, and logistics
- Sustainability and accessibility initiatives
