Hospitality volunteers will help deliver a warm, organized and professional guest experience throughout the event. Guest Experience Welcome and receive guests. Register and accredit attendees. Direct guests to seating and event facilities. Provide guest information and hospitality support. VIP, Speaker & Awardee Support Assist VIPs, speakers, nominees, award recipients, and special guests. Coordinate guest movement and photography moments. Support stage management and award presentations. Event Operations Support the protocol and event management teams. Assist with venue setup and post-event wrap-up. Help maintain an efficient flow of guests and activities.
