What You’ll Do

Planning Team members work alongside the Organizing Committee to help design and deliver different aspects of the Spicy Awards experience, including:

• Programme and session planning
• Spicy Circle Summit coordination
• Gala Dinner experience and guest journey
• Speaker and moderator engagement
• Partnership and stakeholder coordination
• Marketing and communications
• Digital engagement and content planning
• Exhibition and networking activities
• Volunteer coordination
• Protocol, hospitality, and logistics
• Sustainability and accessibility initiatives

Responsibilities vary depending on your expertise, interests, and availability.
