The Spicy Awards Community Ambassadors Programme empowers passionate leaders to champion the movement in their cities, campuses, organizations, and communities.

As a Community Ambassador, you will inspire nominations, connect local changemakers to global opportunities, mobilize young leaders, and help build a vibrant ecosystem of purpose-driven leadership.

What is a Community Ambassador?

Community Ambassadors are trusted volunteers who serve as local representatives of the Spicy Awards and Spice Without Borders.

They help grow awareness of the Awards, encourage participation, strengthen regional networks, and ensure that inspiring changemakers are recognized and celebrated.

Ambassadors become part of a global community committed to advancing the SPICE values:

Your Role

As a Community Ambassador, you may:

• Promote the Spicy Awards within your region or community.
• Encourage and support quality nominations.
• Connect grassroots changemakers to the Awards ecosystem.
• Mobilize youth, organizations, and community networks.
• Share official news, campaigns, and opportunities through your networks.
• Represent the Spicy Awards at approved events and engagements.
• Foster partnerships that strengthen local participation.
• Help cultivate a welcoming and inclusive community of changemakers.

Applications are encouraged from youth leaders, educators, activists, entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, community organizers, and members of civil society across Africa and beyond.
