Discover your Archetype

Spicy Awards · Discover Your Archetype

What kind of
change are you here to create?

Before you can create meaningful change in the world, you have to understand the kind of changemaker you are.

Your Colour of Change is not a label. It is a doorway into purpose, self-awareness, collaboration, and action.

Begin with yourself

Discover your
Colour of Change.

Your strengths, values, lived experiences, and relationship with the world around you can reveal how you naturally contribute to change.

PURPOSE → IDENTITY → IMPACT

Discover the
change you
were meant
to create.

Every changemaker’s journey begins with purpose.

At Spice Without Borders, we believe that purpose is more than passion—it is the unique intersection of your strengths, values, lived experiences, and the needs of the world around you.

Through our Purpose Discovery journey, participants gain a deeper understanding of who they are, what drives them, and how they can use their talents to create meaningful change.

Using the Colours of Change™ archetype framework and guided self-discovery activities, participants identify their changemaker identity, clarify their vision, and begin building a personal pathway for impact.

Whether you are just beginning your journey or seeking greater direction, Purpose Discovery provides the foundation for a lifetime of leadership and service.

Purpose is where every changemaker begins.

Purpose is not simply what you love. It is where who you are meets what the world needs.

Before choosing a colour, discover yourself.

At Spice Without Borders, every participant begins their journey by completing the Changemaker Discovery Assessment, a strengths-based assessment that helps identify their natural approach to creating impact.

01 · BEING

Who am I?

Notice your character, values, strengths, emotions, motivations, and the experiences that have shaped you.

02 · THINKING

How do I see?

Explore how you understand problems, possibilities, systems, complexity, and the assumptions that shape your decisions.

03 · RELATING

Who moves me?

Understand how empathy, connection, compassion, communication, and relationships influence your work.

04 · COLLABORATING

Who can we become together?

Discover how you contribute to teams, communities, partnerships, dialogue, and collective action.

05 · ACTING

What will I do?

Translate intention into courageous action, learning, experimentation, and measurable change.

The change outside you begins with the change within you.

Discovering your Colour of Change is not only about identifying what you do. It is about understanding the inner capacities that help you do it well.

This is where the Inner Development Goals (IDG) provide a valuable complementary lens.

The Inner Development Guide connects inner growth with outer transformation through five dimensions: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting.

These dimensions help us ask a deeper question: not only “What kind of change do I want to create?”, but also “Who do I need to become in order to create it responsibly and sustainably?”

Your archetype describes a preferred pathway of contribution. Inner development helps strengthen the human capacities that allow that contribution to become meaningful, collaborative, and lasting.

Being Inner grounding, self-awareness, presence and relationship with self.
Thinking Seeing complexity, reframing problems and expanding perspective.
Relating Connecting with empathy, compassion and genuine human understanding.
Collaborating Working across differences, building trust and creating collective possibility.
Acting Turning intention into courageous, purposeful and responsible action.

Your colour is the way your fire moves.

The five archetypes are not labels or limitations. They represent preferred ways of contributing within collaborative teams.

Five competencies. One whole changemaker.

A Framework for Developing Global Changemakers.

The SPICE Framework™ is the core development framework of Spice Without Borders. It defines the five competencies every changemaker needs to discover their purpose, strengthen their leadership, and create lasting social impact.

Rather than focusing solely on knowledge, the framework develops the mindset, character, skills, and behaviours required to lead meaningful change in communities and beyond.

Guided by the five pillars of Strength, Purpose, Innovation, Creativism, and Equity, the framework provides a holistic pathway for personal growth, collaborative leadership, and sustainable impact.

S — Strength Build Character. Lead with Courage.

Self-awareness, resilience, leadership, ethics, accountability, courage.
P — Purpose Discover Why You Matter.

Identity, vision, values, motivation, calling, direction.
I — Innovation Create Better Solutions.

Problem solving, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, design, adaptability, experimentation.
C — Creativism Inspire Through Creativity.

Storytelling, communication, creativity, collaboration, cultural intelligence, expression.
E — Equity Create Change That Includes Everyone.

Inclusion, community engagement, justice, partnership, sustainability, shared leadership.

You are not only one colour.

A Colour of Change describes a preferred pathway of contribution—not a permanent identity.

Most people and organizations discover strengths across several archetypes. An Activist may also be a Creative. An Entrepreneur may also be an Innovator. An Initiator may bring together all four.

The question is not simply, “Which colour am I?” The deeper question is, “Which strengths do I bring, which capacities do I need to develop, and how can my fire contribute to the fire of others?”

Discover purpose. Build insight. Create impact.

Every meaningful change begins with purpose. Lasting change happens when that purpose is nurtured through learning, innovation, collaboration, and action.
