The Spicy Awards Community Ambassadors Programme empowers passionate leaders to champion the movement in their cities, campuses, organizations, and communities.
As a Community Ambassador, you will help inspire nominations, connect local changemakers to global opportunities, mobilize young leaders, and build a vibrant ecosystem of purpose-driven leadership.

What Is a Community Ambassador?
Community Ambassadors are trusted volunteers who serve as local representatives of the Spicy Awards and Spice Without Borders.

Selected ambassadors receive an official Ambassador Toolkit and ongoing support from the Spicy Awards Secretariat.
The toolkit may include an Ambassador Welcome Guide, outreach and engagement resources, digital promotional materials, brand and communication guidelines, campaign calendars and community engagement ideas.
Ambassadors also become part of a collaborative network that shares ideas, celebrates achievements and works together to grow the movement.

Community Ambassadors are expected to uphold the values of Spice Without Borders by acting with professionalism, integrity, inclusivity and respect.
Ambassadors represent the Spicy Awards in a voluntary capacity and are entrusted with building positive relationships, promoting ethical participation and strengthening the movement through collaboration rather than competition.
Ambassadors must use official Spicy Awards information and approved communication materials when representing the movement and should avoid making commitments, promises or statements on behalf of the organization without authorization.
